Cancellation & Refunds
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which users of Hire N Ride can cancel bookings and request refunds for bike rentals.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking under the following terms:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before rental: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 12–24 hours before rental: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before rental: No refund.
- No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Refunds are initiated only after verifying booking and payment details.
- Processing time may vary based on your payment provider or bank.
- Hire N Ride is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Customer fails to provide valid identification or driver's license.
- Violation of traffic laws or rental terms.
- Damage to the rented bike due to negligence or misuse.
- Cancellation made after the rental period has started.

Changes or Modifications
In certain cases, we may allow modifications to your booking (such as date or time changes) instead of a cancellation. Please contact our support team at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled rental time.

Policy Updates
Hire N Ride reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will take effect immediately.
